Elvira is a fantastic teacher who I would recommend to anyone, of any age, who would like to learn Spanish. Elvira gave me weekly online sessions during my final degree year at university and she not only boosted my academic ability and confidence, but also equipped me with the knowledge to live and work in Spain.
Every session was personalised to improve my weaknesses and also enrich my university work that week. For example, if I had an oral presentation she would help with pronunciation, tricky grammar and also colloquialisms to make my presentation sound like a native speaker.
Elvira is an extremely passionate teacher who is determined to get the absolute best out of her students. If you are a beginner looking to learn a new language, currently studying Spanish at school, or you are an advanced linguist, who would like to really perfect your ability, I could not recommend Elvira highly enough!
Elvira is an experienced and exceptional Spanish teacher. When I decided to sit my Spanish diploma exams, Elvira was able to provide high quality revision classes.
Every session was perfectly and thoroughly prepared, and Elvira knew exactly where my strengths and weaknesses were and set work appropriately to help me progress. Her understanding of the DELE exams was really beneficial in helping me to revise and prepare, and the lessons were structured to allow me to work through them in a way that resembled what would be expected of me in the exams.
Her lessons are enjoyable and set at the right level to allow learners to progress and substantiate existing knowledge, regardless of their abilities. She explains everything clearly, allowing learners to understand and develop their skills. I would strongly recommend Elvira for DELE preparation classes as well as for learning Spanish at any level. She is approachable, accessible and supportive of learners’ individual needs and goals. She is clearly a very knowledgeable, capable and passionate teacher who has increased my confidence with Spanish significantly.
